I am Rafa Rubio. I studied Law in Universidad Complutense in Madrid. After some time in Georgetown and Harvard -where I was a Member of the Asociación de Colegiales del Real Colegio Complutense-, and a fascinating experience in the House of Representatives in Washington D.C., I finished my thesis in Madrid: «The Behaviour of Lobbies in Spanish Legal System».

Meanwhile I did not stop working: firstly, as a Public Relations for the Center for a Free Cuba and the NGO Of Human Rights before the House of Representatives, and later as a Political Consultant in Sanchis Comunicación, working in election campaigns in Spain and Mexico. I later on worked as a Political Consultant in the Comunication and Institutional Relations Agency, 1cero. Since 1999, I have been teaching Constitutional law at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, and I have also taught in the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB), the Colegio Universitario Cardenal Cisneros and the Colegio Universitario María Cristina. In the year 2000 I collaborated in the founding of piensaenred, an enterprise pioneer in social networkings.

Presently I work in the Marketing and Comunication Agency DOG, specialized in digital operators. I am a part-time teacher in the Masters Degree in Political and Corporative Comunication in the Universidad de Navarra, in the Masters Degree in Political and Corporative Comunication in the Universidad Carlos III, and in the Masters Degree in Political and Corporative Comunication in the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset.
